    Hey guys

    Realistically, using 25mcg am 25mcg pm every day on a cycle of 150mg test prop and 100mg tren ace eod. How much fat loss from experience do you think I could achieve in 3 weeks? Ive alo got clen I could throw in but I look like a junky shaking on 100mcg a day lol

    This would be on a low carb diet of less than 20g carbs a day with cardio 30mins low intensity pre weights session which normally lasts an hour five times a week.

    Im currently 105kg, 18%bf (approx) 5'10 - any other stats u need?

      thats a hard one to say, how much cardio are you going to be doing, more details on the diet, etc. 25-50 mcg a day are recommended while on tren just to acheive normal levels. tren lowers thyroid output, so if you want to use the t3 for fat loss, you may want to take alittle more. the clen would def help if you wanted to run it, or you could also look into an eca stack

        Hey Pushin cheers for your reply. I hadn't planned on running this but now have to attend a wedding beginning of august gotta look my best :P There are going to be some pretty ladies lol Gotta look good. Now I'm not going to look ripped but trimming up would be nice. Regarding my cardio - I planned on low intensity 30 mins per day 5 days per week or would I be better off running 45 mins on the cross trainer or trail running? Diet wise I was running very low carb less than 20grams a day like i did years ago however the headaches and lethargy I felt were awful so Ive increased the carbs to 100grams a day. Ill throw in the clen from tomorrow too however I can't take eca turns my mood into one of an axe wheeling super psychotic nut case lol Ok that my be a little of an over exaggeration however I'm not a nice bloke to be around when I take that lol Although the euphoria I feel on it at first is nice :P Strangely the tren has done very little to my mood, a little snappy but I manage to control that internally before its visible to the outside world. Ill be out of tren ace next week so I will be purely running test prop until the wedding.

        If anyone has any good resources for diet I would be massively grateful too for the links or suggestions
