once in a blue moon i'll take a tab or two of clen as a pick me up about an hour before the gym.i don't do cardio at all cause my job is one huge cardio workout.i always find when i take the clen and then try and go heavy during certain sets i'm not as strong as i should be.anyone ever experience anything similar to this?i know it's not the proper way to use clen,in an anerobic workout but sometimes i just need that little jolt.don't think i'll be doing that anymore...any feedback would be appreciated.thnx,rocco...

All I know is I hate working out on clen. And jolt? There are better options. Clen doesn't pump me up and make me want to lift heavy weights. I take a good stimulant for that.
I just take clen for it's fat loss properties. Other than getting too hot and sweaty, I get the shakes and possible bp issues, but no jolt of energy.
