    Ive been one of the guilty ones about being more concerned with the outside of my body than the inside. Here is a list of OTC supplements that will greatly reduce the risks we take and make us feel much better. I got this list from a consultant, so we can thank him for the knowledge:

    Fish oil 3 grams 3 times a day
    Baby Aspirin 81 mg in the morning
    Garlic tablets 200 mg am and pm
    Hawthorne Berry 3 grams 3 times a day
    Arginine 3 grams am and pm
    Niacin (B3) 200 mg am and pm (not flush free)
    Vitamin D 5000 iu once a day

    if you are also taking oral aas add in:

    Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg am and pm
    Liv 52 3 capsules twice a day
    Cranberry Extract 100 mg am and pm
    Pain is just weakness leaving the body

    Great info...that's pretty close to what I take everyday too.

      I take the majority of those but not at those doses. Looks like I'll have to make some adjustments. Would bwght have anything to do with it?
