I start my cycle tomorrow and here is the planned dosages etc, bare in mind this is the first time I am doing this so starting slow.
Clen - 20mcg to start with for 2 days, adding 20mcg until I find the appropriate dose for me (max at 160mcg) I will be taking this for 6 weeks.
Ketotifen - 1mg tab x 2 daily between weeks 2-6.
T3 - 12.5mcg days 1-3, 25mcg days 4-6, 37.5mcg days 7-9, 50mcg days 10-15, 37.5mcg days 16-17, 25mcg days 18-21.
I will be doing this cycle on weeks 1-3 and weeks 7-9 taking a 3 weeks break weeks 4-6.
I am going out tomorrow to buy some potassium and taurine since after much research it seems like it will help with potential side affects of cramps and headaches. planning on increasing my H20 intake to 1.5-2G p/day as well.
Am I leaving anything out or any advice on changing anything here? I am hoping this will help me drop some weight and also improve my bicycling considerably. I am trying to get ready for some racing coming up as well as some AquaBike events (Bicycle and swimming).
