    I am 38yrs old looking to get back into shape I have let my self go and after a few years I have been hired on to a new job as a cop over 1.5 hrs ago and been working out and have not got anywhere. I started out at 205 pounds at 5'-11" and a bmi of 28.7%. I have been working with a nutritionst for the past 8 months and I have hit a platto. I have lost only 11.2 pounds and have a better cardio but that it. So I am looking to start my first cycle and have been thinking about using the Layout:
    Weeks 1-8 50 mg GP Methan50 per day
    Weeks 1-8 25 mg GP Proviron per day
    Weeks 1-8 3 Liv-52 taken twice per day.

    I am not fond of injections put this is the other that I have thought about, Cycle Length: 10 weeks
    Cycle Layout:
    Weeks 1-10 500 mg GP Test Enathate250 per week
    Weeks 1-10 100mg GP Mast 100 every other day
    Weeks 1-5 75mg GP Oxy anadrol every day
    Weeks 5-10 1000iu's Pregnyl HCG every week
    Weeks 12-16 20mg GP Nolva/50mg GP Clomiphene every day

    Can anyone give me advice on which way to go.

    Welcome to JM, and 11pounds don't sound much in 8 months maybe you should check out the "Diet and Nutrition Forum", would this be your first cycle? and you just trying to cut down the fat and lose a bit of weight or bulk up? and how long you been working out for?
