How much milk thistle would be appropriate to supplement for the liver?

I think this is an individual thing. When I'm on Tren, this shit makes me so sick that I have to throw up in the morning just to go to work. Now again I'm not sure how much anyone else would need for a normal dose, maybe Google it. For me I take 1500mg's 4 to 5 times a day and this keeps me from getting very sick.

A side note, I had my gallbladder out a few year back, this maybe why I get so sick, my liver is working harder because I don't have the gallbladder. What happens is that my stomach fill with a large amount of acid, not sure why, but the Milk Thistle helps.

I don't think thats possible, a study analyzed 45 commercial MT supplements, it varies from none to 85% concentration check them out here:

I've takin Liv52 and it just didn't do anything for me. I still have like 10 fuckin bottles of it. lol
