As the title reads, I have been trying to find a decent protocol for a T3/Clen or T3/Var cycle for my girlfriend.
This is her first cycle. She is by no means heavy, but she has some weight she wants to lose, while at the same time possibly making some quality lean gains. Everything I have found (at least) is somewhat inconclusive as far as how much to run for how long with women.
Her eating habits are very healthy, we both meal prep and drink only water. She also works out 5 days a week with me.
