  • On test only but new job mean I can only train on weekends

Hey guys need your help please?

Ive started a new job that involves driving 150 miles a day. When Im at work I am in an office all day and get home late. Great financially not so great fitness wise. I manage to get a 30 min fast walk in at lunch time but arriving home its late evening and cant get to the gym as have a baby boy. Therefore I have sat and sunday only.

Im thinking I should just drop down to a cruise (test only) and do stonglift / upper, lower splits on these days?

What are your thoughts please? Can I still maintain a decent shape on such little training?

Anyone with experience of this your advice would be very much appreciated.

    Cheers lads!

Full body work out split on two days
    Rest 5
No ideal but if you work hard those two days you still can gain muscle mass
