I am in my 40's and in the best health and shape of my life. I took a real good look at myself and decided to make a change for myself like most women once you have kids and working and taking care of everyone else you tend to forget about yourself! was starting to gain weight and not eating right, I guess that's what happens when you get comfortable in life. I have been working out for about 6 months mostly cardio, because I wanted to lose 25lbs I have surpassed that and I am very happy with the results. Now I'm looking to tone my abs and my ass would like to fined a good workout for these two areas? My husband has been working out for quit some time and is looking really hot! we have changed the way we eat, cooking healthy meals and no processed foods, awesome to have a life partner you can grow old with and at the same time healthy & fit. Our sex life has increased and is beyound wonderful, what a wonderful benefit!!!! I have been reading and looking at pics on some of the post, why do some women feel they have to put porno shots of themselves save it for another site!! and guys that feel they have to put there wifes or partners down when giving feedback on these photos. Positive feedback goes along way....just thought I throw that in.

Welcome to JM. Nice to have some female input. About the porn, most bodybuilders, both males and females, make a living with that. Pictures - movies-websites and hotelroom contacts. Once the new site is up I'll post a lot of information about that - domina -muscle worship etc. Sadly enough most boys and girls cant afford their bodybuilding life as a pro and have to find an alternative way to earn a living.
I come from a family where I'm the only men and and now happily maried, I have 3 grown daughters, thus used to women. I have heard some female talk, where this forum looks like church ;-)

hey, welcome! great job on the fat loss. since you said you're mostly doing cardio, i'd like to suggest some weight training. when i've trained people, men and women alike, that have goals like you descrided, i usually put them on a circuit training program. that way, you can get your heart rate to help your fat loss goals. up to burn fat and at the same time, gain a little lean muscle. dont worry about looking too manly from lifting weights. female bodybuilders dont look the way they do my accident. if you can gain some more muscle, you'll be able to burn more fat.
best of luck and if i'll look forward to having ya here at JMif you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE
