Thank you MrBig. I'm an endurance runner. I was bodybuilding when I was in my 20s but it's a long time ago ! I'm 5'8 around 180lbs. Sandra used to have a solid shape until a couple of years when she gained a lot of weight. Now she want her muscular shape back. I'll may follow her step and try to gain a bit of lean muscle, we'll see.
