    Hey JM;

    I was working out regularly about ten years ago, did a cycle or three.
    Life changes and a few med problems were excuses for not lifting regularly; this year I dusted off my iron and started lifting again. I'm going into week four and feel pretty wuss compared to earlier times. I'm on the downside of 50 and looking for steady gains while avoiding injury.

    if you insist on taking something start small... peptides would be a good place to start

      I have never tried peptides...looks like I have some research ahead!
