    hope you are all training hard, I am 49 and weight 11 stone 11 pounds,
    change from heavy training to supersetting 3 years ago, I had Injured my delt and
    basically had to change to this started of with chest only and over a period of
    6-8 weeks delt got better. So I was getting a buzzz from supersetting I started
    Introducing other body parts into this training and now ninty percent is trained by
    supersetting.
    Crippled a few guys who poked fun at me on lighter weights they gave up half way
    through the session, there are some who took the huff and have never came back
    I train on my own but believe me it is blood sweat and tears.
    Monday,Legs Biceps,Abs
    Tuesday,Chest,Triceps,Abs
    Wednesday,Back,Shoulders
    Friday,Legs,Abs
    Sat/Sun press ups,Free standind squats,
