Hello everyone!
Finally found a forum with great members and great advice. Absorbing all this knowledge up like a sponge. I have been working out and dieting for over 5 years. Still have a lot to learn!!! With the "search icon" and the help of JM community I hope to start my first cycle this year. Its a new year, a new beginning, GYM time!
