    Hey all i'm Tabby. I use to be quite obese but lost over 150lbs! as can be seen in the phtos below i've got a lot more new photos since then. the only operation I've had is "Breast enlargment" I was able to sort out any loose skin problems. I now do erotic modeling for a living lol.

    I look forward to meeting you all and reaching our goals together!

    Currently I feel my lower body is fantastic but the upper body needs some work.

      last set. Weights at the moment are squat 155kg, for 12 reps.
      Deadlift I did 3 sets of 8 at 120kg yesterday
      Bench press 85kg
      Overhead press 50kg

          No the two lumps on my chest clearly indicate i'm a male. Unless you don't believe the account is female? which it is lol. A lot of girls use anavar/npp when bulking or cutting.

                  Welcome to JM You look feminine enough to me.

                  And even if a transgender would want to join, why not?
                  I would like it if you would post your experiences on that amount of fat loss and how you managed the excess skin.

                        Loose skin wise, What I did and have had to do was make sure I did Weights, Alot of my cardio was involved around "Weight lifting" So I had to build mass.

                        To start with for example I did a routine Charles poliquin wrote.

                        Basically if you were training chest you'd do Bench press 10 reps. 10 second break. Then you'd drop it to a weight you could do for 15 reps, 10 second break, then eventually 25 reps.

                        You'd then have a 2 minute break before repeating 3 more times. Then you'd go onto the next muscle group which was back.

                        On leg day it'd be the same etc.

                        That was 4 days per week with HIIT for cardio another 2 days.

                        Especially due to me being new to weights I was able to add mass while quickly dropping fat.

                        The only surgery i've required is my breasts. I never got Saggy boobs, But I went from a decent sized to a B cup, and I wanted larger.
