    Hey everyone. I am new to AAS and was hoping to get some information. Currently I am 6'1 258lbs. I am looking to gain muscle and cut down on my bf *GUT*. I am currently working out 6x a week, working each muscle group twice a week. I am looking for info on a cycle that would be best for me. I found these two cycles and if you could let me know which would be better or if you would recommend somthing different I would really appreciate it. Thanks

    Weeks 1-4 GP Methan10 40 mg per day
    Weeks 1-10 500mg GP Test Cyp per week
    Weeks 1-10 GP Anastrozole .5 mg per day

    or

    Weeks 1-8 100 mg GP Test Prop every other day.
    Weeks 3-8 40 mg GP Stan 10 per day.
    Weeks 1-8 GP Anastrozole .5 mg per day

    or??????

    Hey brother you need to get your body fat down, AAS wont help you do that. Get your diet in check and lose that fat. Everyone is looking to do what you want, but it doesn't work like that. Hard work, busting your ass, cardio and diet will lose the fat, that's the only way!!!! AAS is not a miracle drug and wont make you look like a pro bbér.

        Thanks guys I appreciate it. I am not new to training. Just new to this site and to AAS. I am in good shape I just have excess fat in my stomach area, but I by no means am out of shape. I just wanted to throw that out there.

          Agreed!

          Show, I'd go ahead and lose the weight via diet/cardio like Big suggested. This isn't an insult, but AAS have more sides when your BF% is higher; not to mention the results will be MUCH better if you drop that extra fat before cycle. If you can do it, I'd suggest getting down to at least 15% body fat before jumping on cycle. You could consider clen or something like that to help aid in this progress, but ultimately it'll come down to your diet. Cheers bro!

          Also as far as cycles go, once you reach your goals I'd suggest a simple test only cycle. Something like this,

          Test E @ 500mg/week (weeks 1-12)
          Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD (every other day) (weeks 1-14)
          HCG @ 500-1000 iu/week (weeks 1-14)

          PCT
          Clomid: 100/50/50/20 (Weeks 14-18)
          Nolva: 20/20/20/20 (Weeks 14-18)

          If you get your body fat down, and get that diet in check you can make fantastic gains off a test only cycle. Some people toss in an oral or faster acting test ester to ''kickstart'' their cycle, but test is the best.
