Hi there, i'm new to this site so if I am not following proper protocol I do apologize. Need some help. I'm 48 and just dropped about 12 lbs to get in shape. I want to put on a little (not a lot) OF lean muscle mass. Whats a good stack for me?

Nothing, get your training and diet in check and you'll be fine. You should be able to put at lest 10lbs with out gear. steroids are not a miracle drug and there's apsolutly no reason to use them "to put on a little (not a lot) OF lean muscle mass"The Rules At Juiced Muscle (everyone please read)

sorry I should have given more info. I've been training pretty hard for the last couple of months. Also my diet has been excellent. I'm fine with putting on 5-10 lbs of muscle but nothing crazy. I should also add I'm not new to the gear game. I've done some cycles in the past but its been quite a while.

Serpdog I know you got an answer you weren't looking for and probably didn't like but you got solid advice! Most of us have trained hard for years not a couple of months and got everything our genetics would allow before jumping into the gear game! There are negatives to think about with this. A very important one being that your body isn't conditioned in a couple of months for the heavier weights its going to be able to and have to push in order to grow. So many guys end up injured because their tendons ligaments bones and muscles aren't conditioned when they start juice. MrBig is right its not a miracle drug. It can be good when used correct for the correct reasons but it can also cause you to end up injured. In the long run its better to hit the genetic wall before even thinking about gear. Meaning get everything you can naturally first then when you hit the I can't get anymore wall is when the gear comes into play for most of us. Good luck

guys I appreciate your concerns but again I've been a fitness buff for years. I'm 5'9' tall and in my prime weighed around 193 with pretty low BMI. In my 20's and 30's ive used several different types of gear and am familiar with how to use them safely. I now weigh around 173 and am simply looking for a good cycle. If you don't feel comfortable helping me that's fine I will get me answers elsewhere. Thank you for your time.

serpdog don't get upset, but you say you know what your doing??? If thats the case, then you must know you don't need to spend money on buying a cycle that you don't really need. I'm not try to be a dick and I hope that you don't take it that way, but brother seriously you don't need a cycle to put on 5-8lbs, of muscle. If you don't like the answers your getting, thats to bad, but if you go some where else and get a difference answer, then your getting wrong advice. Your choice brother!
