Been reading for a bit and thought I join in on the fun. I'm in my mid 30's, military, and been trying off and on my whole life. I've really taken in seriously these past 18 months or so and finally have a good grasp on my diet (macros/micros, bulk/cutting). I really want to take it up a notch and get some more definition in my mid section. I'm 5'9, 211lb right now, pretty vascular in my arms, shoulders and nice cuts in my legs but my abs are the last thing to really pop.
Right now I'm cutting at 2100 cal/day; down 4lbs in two weeks.
Now, with all that said I'm thinking about trying this for 10 weeks and add some Clen 40 in there as well:
2 x GP Test Cyp 250,
2 x GP Methan10,
2 x GP Anastrozole
What says the forum? Open to all and any advice as this will be my first rodeo in the use of AS.
