New to bodybuilding. 58 yr young male. 6ft 1 in. 170 lbs. in the gym 5 to 6 days. Working hard to loose the 5 lbs in the belly and get cut. Love the new challenge. Work in operating room and can not stop every 2 hrs to eat. Want to build lean muscle. Any help will be greatly appreciated. How long should it take to get cut. Goal is 190 lbs lean muscle with 6 PAC. Will do the work. Lifting weights is a great feeling. Thanks for the help
