Hey guys I'm new to JM and pretty much any type of health/fitness forum.I am a 29yr old Hispanic male and a father of 4 beautiful kids.I stand 5' 11" and weigh 270lbs.I am looking for a complete change in the way I look and feel about myself.I have gained 70lbs of unhealthy weight.In 2008 I was walking around at 200lbs in fairly decent shape and some noticeable mass.I was working out 5 days a week and was on my way to having the body I had always dreamed of but slowly I just stop going and eventually fell off completely.There was times in between now and then that I tried to get back on but never stayed consistent.Well now i am just tired of being unhealthy and out of shape and am ready for a complete physical change.I work in chemical plants and refineries (construction).I am a Rigger by trade pretty much I work with the Cranes.My job can be fairly demanding physically and takes its toll on me alot more than some of my co-workers who are 75-100 lbs lighter than me.Dont get me wrong though I can sure hold my own for my size and have been told that by many.Still I know I can do so much better and feel so much better doing it.Not to mention the greatness of just being healthy,happy etc.My goal is to be 190-200lbs solid mass.At 5'11" that's a fairly good size of mass.I would appreciate any tips,pointers on dropping weight and putting on mass.Thanks for reading
