  • Hello. Just joined yesterday.

I started working out hard about 15 months ago after not being in the gym since High School. I'm 31 and hitting what feels like a plateau. I have never used gear, but for about the past 4 or five months have been thinking about it more and more. I have done a couple ProHormone cycles with moderate results. I have been online trying to get info on gear and so far I have learned more in a day on this site than anywhere else. I'm not ready to start a cycle tomorrow but I am ready to commit.

Thanks to all of you. My diet definitely could use a little tweaking as I have been hungrier and hungrier as of lately. Meal planning is surely a week point of mine. With what I have been doing, I am 5' 11' and I went from 220 lbs to 200 lbs from the end of August to the middle of November last year. I got down to just over 180 lbs by the middle of April then I decided to start putting the weight back on and hitting the gym even harder 4 nights a week with a 3 mile jog included. I am currently holding steady around 195. And probly the best shape of my life even though I played sports until 11th grade. Once again I appreciate the help and guidance from everybody on this site.

Sounds good man, you're doing it the right way. I read everything on this site for almost six months before I made my first purchase. Even then, I didn't have my diet down like I wish I would have. I'm lucky I have a personal friend that is an IFBB pro that helped me with my diet / meal planning; but had he not been around I think it would have been well worth it to pay for a nutritionist for a few months to dial me in.
