Just found this forum. I'm a 42 yo looking to lose some fat and put on muscle...any advice would be great. Not sure where to even start. All I know Is that my metabolism is slowing way down these days, and I am tired of feeling like crap all the time. Anyway, glad I found this place and hope to learn a lot. Been 15 or so years since I've had a regular work out, but need to learn the latest and greatest..

Hey red dog welcome to the forum, if your feeling like crap, at our age it's usually low Test. I've been on HRT-TRT from the time I was about 43yo. If you have Med. insurance you might want to make an appointment with your Doc to see if you do have low Test, this will defiantly help.The Rules At Juiced Muscle (everyone please read)
