Have been reading over the forum the last few days and decided to join up,
I'm all the way over in New Zealand so if there's any other kiwis or Aussies here please say hi!
Abit about myself, iv been training for the last 2 years, only getting serious about 7 months ago, after seeing a proper nutritionist ,
What can I say , 7 months of hard work and eating right iv lost 30kg of fat!! Went from 113kg at 27% bf, to 83kg 10% bf , all natural also,
Now iv been bitten BIG time by the body building bug and am looking into going the anabolic way, currently on a clean lean bulk of 2600 calories a day for 8 more weeks, then a cut where I'm looking at adding some clen/t3
Then bulk time with the gear after this,
I'm currently looking at sitting my papers in being a nutritionist myself so would love to help out and give advice on meal plans etc. over the coming weeks,
