Hello Everyone! Joined the forum to become more knowledgable on different types of cycles that everyone has tried, hope to learn some good information from people that have used more than once. A little about me, I have done 2 cycles, just test and deca, have made some nice gains, previous stats, (5'10", 190lbs, 9%bf), currently (5'10", 210", 13%bf), diets not the greatest, but do workout 5-6 times a week. LOVE THE GYM! Looking forward to all the advise you guys give!

Welcome to JM bro. You will find a lot of usful info on AAS here but more often than not, the seasoned vets here will preach DIET and GYM as number one. Go read under "cycle logs" under charlies test/tren log. His last post says it all as he talks importance of diet.
