Hey guys and girls, I just watched Pain and Gain trailer for my 5th time and decided I want a lot of muscle on my upper body. The thing is... I have really no idea to start. I'm 20, 6'3, 203 pounds. fairly skinny looking, belly fat. I used to play soccer all the time. I NEVER went to a gym to lift weights in my life. I went to walmart today and got myself some dumbells, weight lifting gloves, wrist and forearm developer, bar and some weights.
Where should I begin?
