  • I'm the NEW guy!

    Hey guys and girls, I just watched Pain and Gain trailer for my 5th time and decided I want a lot of muscle on my upper body. The thing is... I have really no idea to start. I'm 20, 6'3, 203 pounds. fairly skinny looking, belly fat. I used to play soccer all the time. I NEVER went to a gym to lift weights in my life. I went to walmart today and got myself some dumbells, weight lifting gloves, wrist and forearm developer, bar and some weights.

    Where should I begin?
    Can someone link me to good topics?
    too many questions I save for later... Anyways thanks for reading and any help would be awesome!

    First, your still to young to start using gear, if thats what you where thinking. I would say wait until your 24-25yo you have a ton of Test running through you, you don't need to compromise that right now. There are so many reasons why you shouldn't, do some research here and you'll learn a lot.

    Your main concern right now, should be figuring out weather you want to lose fat or put on muscle and then getting your diet in check and your training down for what you decide on doing. There's a lot of info for you here about diet and training, you just have to search for it. If you still have any questions that you can't find answers to, feel free to ask, there's a lot of knowledgeable guys here that would be more than willing to help you out.

      Welcome to JM maskboy! There is a lot to learn here.

      I agree with MrBig. Youre not ready for anabolics.

      If you eat big and train hard you will see results. Give yourself a few more years.
