whats up everyone..my name is chris,im from balto md i weigh 225pds 6ft1.been in the gym off n on for yrs.been at it steady now for 2yrs.recentl got a lil tennis elbow tend. but its healing so i just been hitting legs the past 2 weeks.but getting ready for the spring right around the corner.im here loking to make aquaintences and offer a lil guidance to the newbies if i can help. im not a pro but i been around long enough to contribute something. thanks
