Heard of this place before,just out checking out new forums,nice to meet everyone.Ive popped PH's like candy till I switched to the dark side last year and its been heaven ever since.5'7 182,short stocky frame,genetically gifted in my legs and back,had to struggle for ever ounce on my lifts when it comes to arms and chest though.Glad to be here.
