Waiting on basic starters mass stack. Fist time 43yrs., 5'9", 225. Not gonna kid a little nervous. Want to do everything right. Diet, training, and take meds correctly . Any advice?

Diet is bery very important you should keel track everyday of ur calories carbs protein and sodium write it down everyday this is so you can learn ur body and how much of each you will need to eat aday to grow
Everyone is different for me
I need 4200 calories aday or i wont gain any mass even on stuff
500 carbs. Aday
200 g. Protein
And keep an eye on sodium
