hey guys name is ryan long story short i was recommended to this site from a buddy of mine who does the cycle's and since i am new to this scene i want to get the right advise for the first time cycle user.
my goals are to gain mass and get big while lifting the big weights i have been going to the gym since 08 and have had the natural side beefed up but now i am looking for something better and bigger. my buddy recomended starting off with the e and deca cycle. so much advice would help thanks
