  • Just placed my order.... yeah ... I'm the new guy.

    I'm 34 y/o, around 5'8" and around 170lbs give or take a few.
    I've worked out in the past with friends but never consistently, most of the time I would wait around for them to call me to go to the gym and the call wouldn't come or it would come and then they cancel while i'm driving to the gym.

    So about 3 months ago I decided to do it on my own. I got a work out app for my phone, and started to hit the gym 4x a week (Monday, Tue, Thur, and Friday @ 4:30AM) It takes me about an hour to an hour and a half, then I go home take a shower and go to work.

    I had a tough time at first but now I am getting up before my alarm goes off and I am feeling pretty good through out the day.

    I am the type of person who likes to see results, so I ordered a "beginners bulk cycle" from the sponsor site. I have done oral sups before but nothing strong, GNC type stuff.

    I've been reading about this stuff for years, but never had the courage or the determination to try it.



    Items included: 2 x GP Test Cyp 250, 2 x GP Methan10, 2 x GP Anastrozole

    This is what the sites recommends:
    Cycle Length and layout:
    Length 10 weeks
    Weeks 1-4 GP Methan10 40 mg per day
    Weeks 1-10 500mg GP Test Cyp per week
    Weeks 1-10 GP Anastrozole .5 mg per day (continue to run this for 10 days after cycle)

    Naps basic mass stack. Only suggestion is to stick with half an arimadex every other day. You only want to suppress your estrogen enough to keep the sides off. It will help with bloating from the d-bol, and help prevent gyno. Taking too much adex can make your joints dry out and kill your sex drive.

    Also, prepare to get some grief. The old boys usually suggest at least two years of very continual lifting before trying gear. With only three months under your belt you probably don't know your body enough and how it responds to what workouts, and what works best for you. This is mainly so you get the best possible outcome. Be like buying a Nascar when you've only played with go carts.

    Do you have your PCT planned out too?

      What's PCT? ... j/k I was planning on doing Weeks 12-16 20mg GP Nolva/50mg GP Clomiphene every day.

      What do you recommend?

      I know about the unwritten 2 year work out rule, I almost omitted my workout routine because of this.
      But what the hell, I'm 34 and I want to see positive results which in turn will motivate me even more to be a a workout nut. I've also been doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a little over 2 years. Not much in strength but its a great cardio workout.

        Be careful - one thing that early AAS use can experience is a strength increase which the ancillary muscles and/or ligaments + tendons can not handle.
        (This is 1 reason why we suggest a solid base of min 1-2 yrs solid training).

        If this happens you will pull small muscles + poss lig+tendons - these injuries blow+ ruin ur training + cycle.

        Warm up thoroughly use strict form + don't go crazy increasing weights and EAT.

          I cant help myself -

          Its good that you have the determination etc and have thought about the cycle but how can you truly know how your body is going to react when you havent reached your natural plateau?

          You need to have a solid understanding of the body, Workouts, Nutrition etc before you get the results your after, I think youll be disapointed when you finish your cycle. You really do need a good base of knowledge, diet, etc

          Just my 2 cents

            Update: My Naps order came in two weeks ago, way before the estimated arrival time. The customer service was great and the packaging was really good.
