Whats up JM. Been in the game a couple years and was active on another forum until recently, so im here to check u guys out. Looking forward to learning some new stuff and sharing some knowledge. A little about myself: Im 6'2 225lbs 18%bf (or somewhere around that) I work out when i can 3-7 days a week depending on work, and my diet sucks (also because of work) so I eat anything i can get my hands on and heavily supplement my diet with protein shakes.
