I guess I'm curious about the dark side ... and am here to learn. I find this info to be amazing ... a shame that the government has to get it's fat fist into things but oh well.
Anyway I'm 6'0 - 200ish 46yrs and been in pretty good shape most of my life ... got lost in wow and other crap for a few years and looked down and was like wtf .... when did i get a stomach lol... anyway it is gone and i feel good again but want more so here i am .... thanks for the community.
