Hey guys, names T. Living in the heart of tornado alley, been out of lifting for a while, had an injury from MMA but ready to get back into the gym and starting getting some weight packed on! Just saying hello, anyone with some helpful info on a beginner cycle, let me know... I'm about 6'3 1/2... 190-195, pretty lean.. have asian and black genes, so I stay cut, not sure of my body fat, I know it wouldnt be too high so any advice or anything, let me know! Have 24/7 access to a gym at work, as well as on campus.

Thanks.. I've been out of the scene for a couple of years but I'm ready tog et back in, I'm 25 now.. just got married, so i'm finally at a point where the wild me is gone, and the established/ready to do serious gym business is back! Do you mind if I PM ya a couple questions, since I'm not yet familiar with forum rules? I know how it can get on boards, so I don't wanna upset anyone by posting a question in the wrong section.

Cycle Length and layout:
Length 10 weeks
Weeks 1-4 GP Methan10 40 mg per day
Weeks 1-10 500mg GP Test Cyp per week (Mon & Thurs shots of 250mg)
Weeks 1-10 GP Anastrozole .5 mg per day (continue to run this for 10 days after cycle)
What you think? I've already ordered but you think I'll see some gains from that? lol

anastrozole .5mg every day is way too much.. start at every 3 days, if not every 4 days.. and see how that goes lol and yes you'll definitely gain if your diet and routine are in checkAin't no use in lookin' down
