Actually been lurking around this site for nearly half year without registering, reading so much and learning, I finally decided to register at last.
Have been training couple years, but past half year had near no gain due to long hours at work(60+ hours a week) and forcing to workout on preworkouts after work stress has been quite stressful, and decided to look into AAS. Have learned lot from info here n hope to learn a whole lot of deal more by talking to you guys on forums
Oh yeah, my info here:
5'11 160lb 11% bodyfat on Accumeasure (have nearly all of ectomorph characteristics)
Been eating quite healthy for years, but been quite strict about it past year or so with macronutrients, 6 meals a day, 1-2 meals on average end up being fruit+nuts+protein shake when I'm at work(gotta be quick).
I do have some idea of first cycle, I'll post it elsewhere where it is more appropriate. Hope to get lot of help from you all!!
