another newb here, been hitting the gym hard for the past year and as i have seen some gains they havent been overly impressive!? Hope to learn some stuff here!
Muscle building is a slow process! If you tell us more about your routines and diet we might be able to speed things up. You might not even need to use AAS.

Well i work in the oil field so my days are long with little rest 4-6 hrs a day My routine isnt anything crazy pretty basic...
day 1-chest, tri's
day 2-legs
day 3-bi's, shoulders
day 4- back
day 5 rest
I try to stay to that but with my work schdelue its tuff. My diet is def very high in protein, turkey burger, eggs, fresh veggies, chicken, lots of steak, oatmeal, fat free milk, no candy and try not to touch soda if at all possible, i def eat a lot of calories in a day but again with working 16-18hrs a day its difficult!
