  • Whats up everyone!I am new to this and would appreciate some advice.

I'm new here and new to bodybuilding. My stats are 24yr 5'10" 220lbs and approximately 21% bf. I am looking to lose weight while build muscle. I want to look lean and muscular not looking to look huge. Is there any suggestions that anyone could give a beginner? For instance a diet, what I should take, should I take pre-designed stack, should I take oral or inject.

I would look into Injectable Helois, Orals T3 with Clenbutrol stack

I wouldn't. He's a beginner, obviously hasn't gotten his diet on track nor has actual experience in lifting. He needs his diet in check, then simply work out and if he really wishes he can take supplements such as Oxyelite Pro.

It's WAY too early for him to start injectables or drugs such as T3 or Clen.
Ain't no use in lookin' down
Ain't no discharge on the ground
Ain't no use in lookin' back

Chris welcome. Take in as many threads as you can at this forum. If you have a question about it, someone has probably posted something about it somewhere along the line. It's a great way to learn. Check out the diet and nutrition forum and spend some time in the gym before you even consider "taking something". Judging by your stats, you may already have what you are looking to get, and just need to dial in diet and cardio to get there.

              Thanks

Thanks for all the help.I am going to research what kind of diet best suites what I am looking for and going to start working out again before I take anything. I am actually just curious to why I shouldn't take anything at the same time as I start my diet and work out routine.

Because your muscles and body aren't ready. You need to build a strong base prior to trying anything which takes months and months of consistent hard work, even years. If you take AAS now your main muscles will grow, your core will be the one of a 80 years old. You'll be easily prone to injury and will be extremely weak, plus physically you'll look like shit.

Mentally you must be ready as well. It takes dedication and a good test to see whether or not you've got the will it takes is to do it natural for a while. If you can follow a strict and harsh routine for months, even I would say easily a few years then you'll be ready. IMO you'll need years to get to that point.

Use supplements if you want - there are plenty of amazing legal supplements.

You must understand that this stuff can be beneficial, but that if you do no mistake. You can mess your life up, even kill yourself if you do it wrong.

I have to agree and I am pretty new to all of this too.. I will say that my wife was taking Oxyelite Pro and doing light weights and cardio and had great results from that. Seems to be a pretty effective weight loss additive.
