New to the community and just wanted to say hello and tell you a little about myself and my goals.
I am currently still recovering from a nasty knee injury so my stats are low, but my knee is good to go and I have been lifting and training hard for the past few months to make up grounds.
6ft even, 180. This sucks I know, but my weight has been increasing steadily from 5,000 cals a day
Deadlift= Havent gone over 250 yet, but was pulling 300 lbs before knee went
squat = hit 250 by 4 last week, up from 135 when I started PT 2 months ago
Bench = repped out at 200
Current Goals
My stats are low but they are going up. My current goals are bulking based to get my size and strength back. I want to be up another 7 lbs in 4 to 6 weeks so im sitting at 185. While I'm working on this I plan on researching and prepping a cycle to run a little ways down the road which is ultimately why I joined in here. Was hoping to learn, do the proper research, and contribute where I can.
