Hey everyone, I just joined this site. I am 16 years old a sophomore, I have been lifting for about 2 years now, my dad had gotten me into it. im 5' 4" 157. I just maxed bench 210 yesterday in my weight training class. my diet is mostly alot of chicken and fish my mom loves to cook healthy only. And for my supplement i only take creatine and drink 1-2 protein shakes a day
