Hello all. Im new to forums but im really looking forward and excited to take my training to another level. What better way than to surround myself with fellow brothers and sisters with the same passion! I keep hearing about adhering to the rules....cant seem to find them tho. Any help?

Read the Sticky's at the top of topic post. I.E. Introdutions. Naps gear ect. The sticky's are the top post in the forum. Do yourself a favor explore the different pages and read and follow the rules. # 1 rule no AAS ,source,talk in the shout box. Have fun --were watching you !!! just kidding -
