    Hello All

Hope things are great for you.
I'm 43 an never lifted weights in my life, got a mushy midsection but Iv been a welder over 25 years so my arms an legs have stayed in good shape. I need to lose before I start any cycle, any advice on a fast way to drop these unwanted pounds will be greatly appreciated.

The best thing you can do is to cut out all starches like white breads, pasta and no soda thats a start. You'll find this will make a big difference, substitute with all whole grains and water or skim milk. Then kick some ass with cardio and you'll drop that fat fast, diet is everything.

Welcome, Diet doesn't work with out excercise and visa versa. Forget the gear, make a solid commitment to yourself and join a gym. Build up a core strength and have fun. best of luck

              Thanks guys

I'm not looking for gear hust yet, but I will have a few questions. Like can I keep the muscle tone I have by adding a high protein diet?
