    Hey guys, Im Mike and new to the forum.....been a member for a while but just decided to post. Im sure i will have alot of questions to ask as im looking to start a cycle soon for the first time. Everyone seems from all the posts ive read to be very helpful. Look forward to hearing from everyone!!!!

            Im 5'9" 185, been training pretty steady for about 4 years. I would say im a hard gainer. For me to put on any size i have to eat perfect and train my ass off. I would say my lower body is were my strength is. I squat 315 for a few nice deep reps and deadlift 405 for 4. My upper body is alot different though. I don't have a big bench or military press for as much as i work at them.
