Hey there, new to this site! Been training and working out 5 days a week for the past 7 months now. I've allways been the smaller guy around. I'm 22 years young and 5'5" so i feel as though i want to be bigger to equal out for my height! I use to be the most athletic guy back in high school and use to be really fit and active. That stopped after graduating so i started the gym up and have gotten quite a bit bigger (+20 pounds and lost alot of body fat) and ALOT stronger already! Now i think its time for the next step! Cheers and i know you guys will guide me the right way!
