Hey,

I'm brand new to this stuff and just looking for some helpful info. Im a 29yo firefighter that is lookin for an edge to keep up with the young "pups" in the business. Im getting older and finally feeling my rough past catching up with me. Thanks in advance and nice to meet everyone.
