i saw something about the best way for a hard gainer to gain weight was to start by drinking a gallon of whole milk a day. give it a shot, you got nothing to lose at 135. i drank a gallon of milk a day growing up and i was 135 in like 5th grade.

many Hardgainers need to eat dirtier than Endomorphs...for example a 6oZ Ribeye steak (266cal, 14.2g fat, 34.5g Protein) will have more calories than 6oZ chicken breast (165 cals, 3g fat, 36g protein).
so u see ur cals can have different weightgain values, for bulking eat BIG
