Ok, scrolling to 800 must be a good workout for your thumb! The bad thing is, this picker is a standard element which can't be changed. So there is no way to, for example, make it move faster if you pass the 200lb. The good thing is, you will only have to scroll down once. When selecting or entering the exercise the next time, it will jump right to the weight from your last workout.
