    Hey Everyone,

    East coast newbie here.
    49 y/o, 220 lbs, 6'4"
    Self-employed, Martial Arts (30 years) groundfighting, Kung Fu, Judo etc.
    Hit the iron Monday, Tues, Thurs, Fri (Wed. and weekends off).
    Been through several cycles of OTC PH's etc.
    Never felt the small gains were worth the body/liv damage.
    Couple of my buds talked me into a real cycle with PCT and so here I am.
    Planning to do my research fisrt, this place is very informative.
    Any advice for my first real cycle welcomed!

      Welcome to jm! and as for advice first cycle should be kept simple 10week's 500mg a week test e split 2 shot's and 30mg d-bol each day is a grate first cycle for anyone, you will see grate gain's from it aswell, but don't rush into anything read around learn up so you understand what your doing first.
