    Hello

    I'm a very near 40 noob. I spent much of my youth as a gym rat, but never touched anything outside of a gnc type product. I took some time off and finally got back into the gym this year. I've been hitting it pretty hard since January. My reason for time off in the past, and the big pita I have now is feeling old. I've had rotator cuff issues, ac joint issues, and now tendonitis in my knees. I've been cleared by an orthopod to work out, but the joint problems have been keeping me from pushing it to the next level. I was pretty strong in my 20's and I want to get there again. I know there are no easy answers, but I'm looking for anything at this point.

        Welcome to the board tooth. I guess getting old is part of life. However, we have the technology to fight that inevitability LOL!.
