    Hello to everyone, I'm Bucko.
    New to this site, I joined wanting to learn more about suppliment enhancements,
    I don't think I will fit the regular members on here, My sport is triathalons. I am looking for advice to get my BF% down to around 15%. I have been training and competing at local level tris for 2 years now. Diet is very good and I train twice a day 3 days on and 1 days rest, weights and alot of cardio. Ive struggled getting my BF down all my adult life and if I could get it down I think it would make massive difference to my times.
    I look forward to advice.

      Welcome to JM and there may not be many others that do triathalons but it would be great to get some info on how you train and diet so I hope you stick around but there are some good bodyfat lowering articles on here.

        Thanx guys. I'm trying to read/learn as must about cycles and combinations. Feel a bit head fuked the more I read.
        Is there any good books worth reading?
        I bought some anavar few months ago and it has been a complete waste of alot of money. I'm pretty sure it is fake.
        I'm not sure about the rules here in the UK but I'm looking into it.
        So my request is "best cycle for getting my BF down"
        Not keen on adding any muscle.
        Looking forward to any and all advice.
