Hello to all. Wow, it has been a little while since I got on the good ole AS boards. I remember the days of offshorebodybuilding and Mesorx but that was about 10 years ago. Now, I am 34 and have always worked ot but figured it was time to read up on the latest and greatest so I can get back in the shape I was 10yrs ago.
