ill start by saying thanks for everyones input. everybit helps in understanding the way things work.
i have grown more interested in obtaining a better build more recently bc i have always been chubby. im about 5'7 204 lbs italian and native american( if genes help). i have always had trouble with belly fat and chest fat. my father and i both figured at a young age why not start strength training bc of my weight gain. since then i have always worked out off and on but more recently over the past 3 years. i have began to eat a better diet as of late and im gaining better control of myself too. with that being said, have i ever cycled? well i used 3 i.u. of deca and that was it. was it worth it? NO. only bc of my lack of research. so here i am ready to learn, and understand as much as i need to know.
