    Hey I'm new to the forum just wanted to introduce myself. I'm thinking about making my first purchase from naps gear today, I have never used anything ever before so this will be my first cycle. I'm thinking about buying the beginner cut cycle of the pre-designed stacks. I'm currently about 198-200lbs and 5foot 11inches. I just had knee surgery and I'm recovering well, I haven't started running yet my doctor told me yesterday to start walking long distance so build the muscle back up. Before surgery I was in the gym about 4 to 5 times a week lifting with my cousins who are in very great shape and natural but my friend did the naps gear beginner cycle and loved it. So I would like to try. My main goal is to look good lol. I would like to look more defined basically the weight isn't a big deal I would be happy to stay at 200 and look more cut or lose 15-20lbs and look cut it really doesn't matter as long as I look great and I'm lifting good weight for my size. But thats me and hope to hear from everyone soon and if there is something better than that cycle for me to take please let me know but also I dont want to be forking out to much $$$ though. Thanks

    Just start with a test cycle. 500 mg/wk. You will be amazed with the results. You can get a couple bottles for like $75. With PCT and everything you would need, you're looking at like $150. Not too bad, ya know.

      You would probably need more like 3 bottles of Test but you will put on some weight so a strict diet plan must be enforced. Test is awesome and there are different kinds. Most ppl who dont want to gain or are looking to use run Test Prop. which needs to be injected more frequent than Enanthate or Cypionate. But as for all beginners I say run Test Enanthate 250mg 2 times a week. Like pin 250mg on Monday then 250mg again on Thursday. To combat some water retention you can run Arimidex along with it at .5mg eod then run Nolva for PCT 2 weeks after last injection. something like 40/40/20/20/10/10. Just do some research on these things and see what you come up with

        i agree with the guys above on that pre-designed (http://www.napsgear.net/pre-designed...cut-cycle-p400) its got prop in which is grate but you have to pin every other day might be to much if you have never pinned b4, best to get test e or test cyp only need to pin 250mg twice a week for 10 or 12 weeks would be much better for first cycle.

            browningv8, I agree with the others, if you keep up on your cardio you should able to stay very lean. Test Prop would not be good if your not up to pinning EOD
